My Coaching and Training Philosophy
Whether I’m providing individual coaching or an empowerment workshop, my philosophy is the same: My job is to help you find your own best answers. I'll help you clarify your own Truth, values, and goals; and then help you create customized action plans to reach your goals.
My Clients
My clients are successful, high-achieving professionals who want to move to the next level in their lives – whatever that might mean to them. For some, this might mean discovering and creating their dream job or business. For others, it might mean creating more happiness, peace, or financial prosperity. I help my clients determine exactly what they want, why they don't already have it, and how to use their own unique talents and skills, to create it.
My Training and Background
I’m an IPEC Certified Empowerment Coach and Coach U Certified Coaching Clinic facilitator. I’ve been coaching privately since 2006. Prior to that, I was a Leadership Development Coach at State Farm Insurance where I coached Managers of all levels.
I spent most of my 16 years with State Farm Insurance in the Learning & Development and Public Affairs areas. Prior to State Farm I provided drug prevention counseling and education at Project Oz in Bloomington, Illinois. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.
I’ve been training and facilitating for over 20 years. My specialty has always been creating and providing workshops that are highly interactive – again, honoring the fact that people truly have their own best answers and solutions inside of them – my job is to help them uncover those answers.

Personal
My partner Steve and I and our two teenage children live in Central Illinois. I’m an avid reader and life-long learner. I love cats, taking long walks, beach vacations, and attending hockey games – go Bloomington Blaze! My mission is to raise the consciousness level on this Planet so we can all enjoy the peace, happiness, and prosperity that is our birthright!
